Nicolatte is pan- African enthusiast, with combined experience in youth development, food security and agriculture. She is the Country Director for the African Agriculture agenda (AAA). She serves as Corporate Brand Ambassador for Smart Farmer Tech in Africa at Riskflow. Nicolatte is the Youth delegate for South Africa at the Global Chamber of Business Leadership (GCBL) headquartered in Washington DC. She is the Co-founder of Hutano Foods a southern African food brand , distributed in Southern Africa
